Using documents, articles and drawings from Costa Rican architect Franz Beer, the thesis examines the architect’s design methods, theoretical approach to architecture and his interest in geometry. The thesis was developed with the collaboration of the architect himself who offered materials and interviews. This graduation thesis received funding from the Vicerectory of University of Costa Rica and a recommendation for publication. It was also linked to the research project Dissidence in Practice.
